The Firm
Popham and Andryszak, P.A. was formed by Bryson Popham and Jack Andryszak in July of 2006. Both Popham and Andryszak are Maryland lawyers, each with more than 25 years of experience practicing in the State.
From its office in Annapolis, Maryland, the firm concentrates its practice in the areas of government relations and insurance regulatory matters. Our clients comprise a diverse group of business interests from national corporations and trade associations to regional businesses in the insurance, financial services, manufacturing, commercial real estate and energy industries. We appear regularly before the Maryland General Assembly, the Maryland Insurance Administration and other State agencies on behalf of our clients. We also represent clients involved in administrative litigation before these agencies.
