Popham & Andryszak, P.A., is headed by two lobbyists who, together, have more than 50 years of lobbying experience in Maryland government.  We represent insurance, financial services, manufacturing, energy and other industries on issues including business taxes, business regulations, and bills before the Maryland legislature.  We also represent businesses on procurement matters with State and local government. 

Popham & Andryszak helps clients identify problems, locate and form coalitions of other entities that may help address those problems, and advises clients on solutions for those problems.
